The Universe Listens!

🌙 the universe listens To the ones reading this on a bus ride, after a long school day, between sips of cold coffee, or in the middle of a breakdown you didn’t schedule — I hope the sky above you is kinder today. And if it isn't — I hope this piece becomes the warmth you needed. Welcome back to ACOTBW A corner that doesn’t promise answers but, will always hold space for your questions. This week’s post? It's personal. It’s a whisper. It’s a secret I’ve been meaning to share. And it starts from a very specific moment; Prologue — Just a Tuesday It was one of those forgettable Tuesdays. I was waiting at a traffic signal — sweaty school bag on my back, headphones dying in one ear, and a cold coffee sweating in the other. Everything felt loud . My thoughts. The honking. The way life just kept happening while I was still trying to catch up. Then — the auto in front of me had a sticker. Big white font. Black background. “Trust the timing of your life.” And I laughed. Out loud...

Plugged In, Tuned Out

Prologue  —Suggestion to Study It had been a while since I returned to blogging—a space where I once poured my thoughts freely, transforming every observation into stories, essays, and meaning. Picking it back up again wasn’t just about writing; it felt like departing to a new platform within me that had been closed for some time. Then came the second challenge—unexpectedly from someone close to my heart. My aunt commented a classic suggestion: “Write about Gadgets—Boon or Bane?” At first, I’ll admit, I felt stuck. It sounded so textbook, so overdone—like every essay prompt in every school exam. And I didn’t want to write another predictable piece listing pros and cons like a robot. I was tense. This wasn’t my usual style anymore. But then, the writer in me whispered: “What if you looked deeper? What if you peeled the surface off and wrote about the unspoken side of it all?” That’s how “Plugged In,Tuned Out” was born—not an essay just about gadgets, but about how they su...

Platform Number: Us

Prologue  — The Stop Before the Story To start with, I wish the firefly's glow that touched your heart last Sunday never dims — not in your days, not in your dreams. I hope, more than anything, that you're trying to be  the  firefly in your world. Even if your wings feel tired sometimes. This week, I’m not giving you a lesson or a listicle. I’m offering you a piece of my still-beating heart. A narrative. A theory. A truth I stumbled upon not in a lecture or a journal — but in the in-between of a very ordinary day. It was May 5. My official summer holidays were yet to begin, but the universe had other plans. Indo-Pak tensions had flared. Schools shut. Classes moved online. After my classes for the day was over, found myself holding my mom’s phone, just… scrolling. One short. Just one short. That’s all it took. An interview. A director. A question —  "What does 'Ataraxia' mean?" He didn’t know. She explained. And in those few seconds, something inside me stirr...

To be a firefly

To Be a Firefly ~ The soft glow of a firefly is a fleeting, ethereal sight—a gentle illumination that dances through the night, defying darkness with a quiet radiance. It is a miracle of nature, a tiny spark that carries stories of wonder and nostalgia. Yet, beyond its beauty, the firefly embodies a powerful metaphor - an invitation to reflect on the nature of existence, purpose, and the pursuit of light even when surrounded by shadows. To be a firefly is to accept the impermanence of life and to embrace it wholeheartedly. The firefly’s light is not eternal; it flickers and fades, but in those brief moments, it emblazons the world. It teaches us that impact is not measured by duration but by intensity, by how deeply one can touch the world in the moments granted. This fragile insect assimilates a delicate balance between vulnerability and strength, knowing that the night is vast, yet choosing to shine regardless. What does it mean to be a firefly in a world obsessed with fi...
